How I got here...
Earned a Chemistry degree while on a golf scholarship in the USA. Turns out, I preferred strategizing plays over mixing chemicals.
Completed a post-grad diploma in Safety Engineering Technology. Before even graduating, I landed a corporate job, packed up from the East Coast, and flew out West chasing fresh-start dreams. Then tackled a Master’s in Communication & Technology while climbing the ranks at Enbridge, a Fortune 500 company. Translation? I got really good at systems, tech, and strategy.
Motherhood & Major Life Shifts: Maternity leave + postpartum depression = an identity shift. I started questioning everything, especially my 9-5 future.
Pandemic Pivot: COVID made me realize I wanted more flexibility, and an online training lit a spark. Cue a five-figure investment in coaching and my first five figure launch. My business was born!
Goodbye Corporate, Hello Freedom: By mid-2022, my client base was thriving, and I took the leap—full-time entrepreneur, no looking back. Best. Decision. Ever.
Big Moves, A New Name & A Big New Adventure: 2024 brought a wedding, a cross-country move back to Newfoundland, and a new last name—Baxter! Fully embracing the entrepreneurial life (while wrangling two little ones) and preparing for our next big adventure—owning and operating a 6-cabin resort, launching in 2025!
